Golf Certificates

Pevely Farms Golf Club will issue the purchaser golf certificates that may be redeemed for a foursome with cart to be used Monday thru Friday anytime or Weekends and Holidays after 12 pm. Certificates will be distributed based on the term of the contract and will equal the number of months under contract. The certificates are the property of the purchaser and may be distributed at their discretion.

Restrictions: Only the original golf certificates will be accepted and must be presented in the golf shop at the time of redemption. Redemption will be limited to one certificate per day and must be redeemed as a foursome unless otherwise approved by the Head Golf Professional. Lost or stolen certificates will be reproduced only with the approval of the Head Golf Professional.

Advertising Incentive

Pevely Farms Golf Club will place your business advertising on “To the Green” GPS monitors located on each golf cart. The monitor is mounted in the place of highest exposure and gives the golfer accurate distances to keys points on the golf course along with accurate distances to each hole.

Logos and details of the advertisement will be provided by the purchaser and approved by Pevely Farms Golf Club. Pevely Farms Golf Club can create and format an advertisement with information provided by the purchaser at no additional charge.

The advertisement will appear at the bottom of the screen and its size will be approximately 1 X 5 inches. Full screen images are an additional option. Each add will run for 12 seconds and then rotate to the next advertisement.

Pricing and Billing for Corporate Golf Package Corporate Package

Options

•  1 year package $2400. (12 Certificates = 48 rounds of golf)
•  2 year package $4200. (24 Certificates = 96 rounds of golf)
•  3 year package $5400. (36 Certificates = 144 rounds of golf)

Payment for the term of the agreement will be due within 30 days after the advertisement is installed on the GPS units. Golf Certificates will be issued to the purchaser after payment is complete. Annual billings are an option and will be due on April 1st of the appropriate year and Golf Certificates will be issued according to payment schedule.
