Whether you’re planning an executive foursome, a charity event, an outing for your company, or a casual day of fun with your friends, we will work with you to organize and manage every detail. Whether your event is the “First Annual” or “Tenth Annual,” we will be there to help you every step of the way.
We are flexible about size and can handle double shotguns of up to 288 players.Many of those who hold outings with us enjoy the fact that they’re able to play on the day of their event because we’ve taken care of all the details. How stress-free is that?

Here are some of the basics on your tournament:
Tournament greens fees for the Golf Club at Pevely Farms
Greens fees are extremely competative and are inclusive of greens fees, cart fees, use of the driving range and all tournament services.
Starting times for your tournament and formats
All A.M. or morning shotgun starts begin no later than 8 a.m., and all P.M. or afternoon shotgun starts begin no earlier than 1 p.m. unless approval is given by the Head Golf Professional.
Morning shotgun start events are available to groups with 24 to 144 players when playing in groups of four. However, ONLY groups of 100 or more can close the course to other play. Smaller groups use a reverse shotgun start with regular play following the last group off the No. 1 tee.
Afternoon shotgun start events must guarantee a minimum of 52 players and not exceed 144 players when playing in groups of four. Groups with less than 100 players will use a forward shotgun start with regular play on the course at the same time.
Double shotgun start events will require a minimum of 200 players and not exceed 288 players when playing in groups of four, with a guarantee of lunch in the clubhouse. Groups not having 200 players will be charged the minimum. Special considerations for fivesomes can be submitted to the Head Golf Professional.
Basics you get for your greens fees
Our greens fees include a wide array of services including: opening fees, guest fees, golf carts, use of the locker rooms, warm-ups on the practice range and practice putting green, sponsorship sign placement and removal, all tournament services, preparation of scorecards, cart assignment tags, score sheets, and scoring.
Golf carts are included in your guest fee and are mandatory at all outings so that play can proceed smoothly. For all shotgun events, 66 golf carts are available. All groups requiring more than the available number of carts will be charged for additional carts Pevely Farms has to lease for the day.
Other services that we can provide if you wish:
- Tournament prizes – merchandise and gift certificates.
- Merchandise with your logo, including balls, shirts, wind shirts, towels, caps.
Allow six to eight weeks for ordering after we get your artwork.
- Golf clinics led by our PGA professionals.
- Golf cart assignment cards with names and starting times or hole posted on the golf cart.
- Scorecards with player names; cards put on cart.
- Score sheets with names printed and posted on scoreboard.
- Scorekeeping with our golf staff totaling and posting scores.
- Rules and event sheets posted on each cart.
- Help with set up for special events and contests.
- Hole-in-one insurance. This needs to be contracted 10 days before the event.
- Mulligan tickets, available at no charge.
- Sponsor signs. We will have signs made up for a fee. 10-day lead time is needed.
- Errand carts for special use by your photographer or committee members.
- Rental clubs available with advance notice
Every successful outing requires outstanding food for the players and we can provide that at Pevely Farms Golf Club. From breakfast to box lunches to awards banquets, we have it all. Please ask us about our menus and our beverage packages. We have outstanding facilities inside our beautiful clubhouse for group events as well as a wraparound patio where players can gather for a post-outing beverage and hors d’oeuvres reception.
